Job Title: Hospital Director of Operations

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to join our team as a Hospital Director of Operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team and drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The Hospital Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hospital operations, including financial management, staff management, and customer service. This individual will work closely with the Medical Director to ensure the highest quality patient care and client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of staff members
  • Ensure excellent customer service and patient care
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director to develop and implement medical policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive operational management experience
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • Larger scale healthcare experience ideal
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
