Hospital Director of Operations

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to join our team as Hospital Director of Operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and business activities, leading a team of professionals, and driving growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Directly oversee all operations and business activities, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Lead a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance patient care.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure alignment with medical goals and objectives.
- Manage financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee human resources, including recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring veterinarians, clients, and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- 5+ years of progressive operational management experience in a healthcare or veterinary setting.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data, make informed decisions, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Experience with financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of veterinary medicine, animal care, and industry trends.
