The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, financial decision-making, and team leadership. They will thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, be passionate about data-driven analysis and decision-making, and have a deep understanding of the human-animal bond.

The Hospital Director will oversee all operations and business activities, lead team members across departments, and partner closely with the Medical Director to ensure high-quality patient care and financial health of the hospital.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing short- and long-term plans for growth, including new services, recruitment, pricing strategies, and equipment acquisitions.
  • Leading financial analysis and planning, including accounts receivable, payroll processing, and budgeting.
  • Directing growth activities to support business objectives and plans, providing thought leadership, coaching, and mentoring to elevate hospital leadership and team performance.
  • Overseeing billing, calculations of discounts, and special accounts, as well as administration and review of non-medical client complaints.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of progressive operational management experience, an MBA or equivalent, and proficiency in Microsoft applications. They will be situated in a dynamic and supportive culture, with opportunities for growth and development.
