Position Overview

The role of a Property Administrator at MANOR PARK MANAGEMENT involves overseeing various aspects of property management to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in property management or a related field
Work Environment

This position is based in property management firms, where you will collaborate with a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage rental agents and building superintendents
  • Negotiate and approve rental agreements on behalf of property owners
  • Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions
  • Supervise support staff engaged in operational, clerical, or maintenance tasks
  • Draft and manage contracts for property-related services, including maintenance
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects
  • Maintain accurate records of operating expenses and income
Team Leadership

You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.

Proficiency in the following software is required:

  • MS Office Suite
  • Email communication
Transportation

Access to public transportation is available for commuting.
