Job Summary
Scarborough Rehabilitation Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team as a Full-time Employee.
This role involves, but is not limited to:
- Reception duties, including greeting patients and handling incoming calls
- Providing administrative support to the accounting department, including invoicing and treatment planning
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the office and supplies
- Performing various clerical duties, such as data entry and record-keeping
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or reception roles
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and support skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and other relevant software
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently as a team player
- Experience with MVA and WSIB procedures is an asset
- College or University graduate
Requirements:
- Fluent in English language
