Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational and time management skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of $28.50 per hour, 30 hours per week. The employer accepts applications from Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary residents of Canada, as well as other candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit.
