About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Commercial Electronics, Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Support office logistics processes, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Coordinate with the parent company office to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and parts inventory.
  • Oversee facility cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of customer service experience required.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft and/or other common office applications.
  • French speaking required.
  • 2-year college degree preferred.

At Commercial Electronics, Inc, we offer a competitive salary range of CAD $25.96/hr - $32.45/hr, depending on experience.
