Senior Manager, Asset Management Planning and Performance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Fraud Performance team at TD. As a Senior Manager, Asset Management Planning and Performance, you will be responsible for managing the technology applications related to Fraud Performance from strategy to delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic direction for model operations as part of the larger North American Fraud Performance strategic roadmap.
- Team Management: Build and lead a team of developers and business systems analysts to deliver high-quality results.
- Technology Roadmap: Own the strategic direction for model operations and oversee the end-to-end delivery and operations of Fraud Performance technology solutions.
- Project Delivery: Responsible for the delivery of new modelling into production to support E2E model platform.
- Risk Management: Ensure operational, reputational, and intellectual risks are understood and provide advice towards minimizing risk.
- Business Partnership: Partner with clients/businesses in developing business cases, RFI/RFP, contracts, service level agreements, etc.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage capacity forecasting process compliance among Technology Delivery Leads and report on progress, status, and overall health of the portfolio and the individual applications.
- Vendor Management: Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and monitor progress against established work agreements.
- Team Development: Grow the expertise of your team to align with demand and technology direction.
- Education: Undergraduate or Graduate degree, or Technical Certification.
- Experience: 7-10+ years of relevant experience in technology engineering, technology leadership, delivery, operations, and/or application management roles.
- Technical Skills: Proven technical skills in one or more of the following areas: Event-driven Architecture, API, Cloud Engineering, DevOps/DevSecOps.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of Fraud and/or AML environments is a definite asset.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building and leading diverse and highly skilled teams of technology and engineering talent.
- Soft Skills: Strong people and time management and organizational skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
