Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Category & Brand Operations Manager to join our team at Sephora USA, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with brands to deliver education and training programs to Beauty Advisors
  • Support brands to improve engagement levels through in-store training and new store openings
  • Collaborate with department partners to drive category strategies and organizational initiatives
  • Track and optimize content effectiveness within training programs
  • Coordinate with support teams on instructional design, production, and delivery of curriculums
  • Support brand operation programs to build efficient processes
  • Communicate learning goals and identify program gaps for comprehensive training
  • Propose and implement innovative learning solutions to address organizational needs
  • Enhance Brand Partner Resources to maintain a central filing system for brand information
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in retail operations, education, or brand management
  • Expertise in linking product and category expertise within a retail setting
  • Fundamental category experience and ability to identify level of category expertise in others
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Mastered the art of crafting, implementing, and tracking impactful educational programs
  • Great communication and writing skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Technical savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Initiative and ability to build positive relationships
