As a key member of Sephora's Store Experience and Optimization team, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive training programs that drive sales and conversion while providing an exceptional client experience. Your role will focus on building employee expertise through strategic training plans, innovative content, and collaborative partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Mentor and foster a work environment that embodies Sephora's values, promoting open communication, collaboration, and career development opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement fact-based decision-making strategies, bringing training plans to life.
- Create and execute driven, innovative, and sustainable training strategies that demonstrate the connection between vision and implementation, leveraging client insights and employee performance data.
- Advise category, product, and brand training and programs, using business insights to conduct analysis and inform programming decisions.
- Present program updates and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing strategies that drive efficiency and foster a positive client and employee experience.
- 10+ years of retail operations/learning and development experience, with 5+ years leading teams in retail operating/brand management functions.
- Proven ability to create pragmatic training programs, operations, and process improvement, with objective and data-oriented decision-making skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and commitment to delivering high-quality work products.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for store visits and field leadership meetings.
