About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the GTA Ontario region. Your primary focus will be on prospecting and lead generation, cold calling and outreach, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings and appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and pursue new business opportunities in the GTA Ontario region
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Manage and maintain a database and CRM system
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth and success
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, industrial, or related industries
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with sales tools and software
  • Research and data analysis capabilities
