About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food Counter Attendant to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order, including burgers, fries, and other menu items.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and to support colleagues as needed.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, and to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
