Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Team Member to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order, including burgers, fries, salads, and other menu items.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
