- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Establish and implement office procedures and routines to enhance workflow.
- Manage and oversee contracts to ensure compliance and timely execution.
- Handle incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
- Respond to electronic inquiries in a professional manner.
- Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and reservations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
This is a permanent position requiring 30 hours per week of commitment. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
