Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at RELIEFONCLICK LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure they are running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 1 to 2 people. Public transportation is available.
