About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Controller to join our team at Jokers Theatre and Comedy Club. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of our restaurant chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
    • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
    • Establish and maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Administrative Oversight
    • Coordinate and manage the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
  • Human Resources Planning
    • Develop and implement human resources plans to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business success.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or accounting.
  • Experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in a corporate controller or similar role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent financial management and analytical skills.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
