We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Controller to join our team at Jokers Theatre and Comedy Club. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative aspects of our restaurant chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
    • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
    • Establish and maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Operational Oversight
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • Establish objectives and formulate policies and programs to drive business success.
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
  • Human Resources Planning
    • Develop and implement human resources plans to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
    • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with employees and stakeholders.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance.
    • Experience
      • Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate controller or similar role.
    • Skills
      • Excellent financial management and analytical skills.
      • Strong leadership and communication skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
      Preferred Qualifications
      • Computer and Technology Knowledge
        • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
