Job Summary

Adrak Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and have a positive dining experience
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
    • Control costs and ensure that expenses are within budget
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate
    • Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ability to manage cash and control costs
    • Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
