Restaurant Chain Corporate Controller

We are a leading entertainment company that operates a chain of restaurants and comedy clubs. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Restaurant Chain Corporate Controller.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation
Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective utilization and optimal returns.
Operational CoordinationCoordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.
Strategic PlanningEstablish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and success.
RepresentationRepresent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong reputation and building strategic partnerships.
Financial and Administrative ControlsEstablish and maintain financial and administrative controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of accountability.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting.
ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Skills- Computer and Technology
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Personal Suitability- Communication
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent the organization.
TeamworkStrong team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
