Restaurant Chain Corporate Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Chain Corporate Controller to join our team at Jokers Theatre and Comedy Club. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational aspects of our restaurant chain.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management
- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the long-term sustainability of our restaurant chain.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Operational Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant chain, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and reduce costs.
- Leadership and Development
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant managers and staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Identify and develop future leaders within the organization, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or hospitality.
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of financial management and analysis.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Computer and Technology Skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and other relevant software applications.
