Position Overview:

The Franchise Onboarding Partner plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our franchisees. This position is responsible for assisting new franchisees with their onboarding process, coordinating training, and ensuring they are prepared for their restaurant opening.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with new franchisees to guide them through the onboarding process and restaurant training.
  • Coordinate and schedule training through a Certified Training Restaurant.
  • Follow up with both the training franchisee and the Certified Restaurant Trainer.
  • Travel throughout Canada to facilitate pre-opening training for team members and staff.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of operations experience in QSR, retail, food & beverage, or similar industry.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to present operational information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel.
