Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Salt & Pepper Canada Limited. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assign sales staff to duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock is accurately represented on the sales floor.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Our retail store is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
