**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at Polygon Restoration, you will be responsible for scoping, estimating, producing, and completing assigned projects to satisfy our customers and meet the expected standards of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Execute and deliver projects to customer satisfaction and Polygon Restoration standards.
  • Facilitate prompt billing by providing all required actions and documentation in a timely manner to ensure invoice accuracy.
  • Utilize strong project management and leadership skills to drive project success.
  • Conduct diligent and accurate damage assessments, including moisture mapping, ambient readings, and photography.
  • Exhibit professionalism at all times, including punctuality, professional appearance, and effective communication.
  • Provide all required system data and review accuracy to facilitate prompt billing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience within the property damage restoration field.
  • Knowledge of commercial and residential construction principles.
  • Ability to work on-call 24/7 rotation schedule.
  • Valid driver's license.
