Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

• Coordinate internal projects and resources, distribute workloads effectively.

• Plan and facilitate technical meetings, capture meeting minutes accurately.

• Liaise with other departments and project managers to align timelines and monitor progress.

• Follow-up with assigned resources, adjust priorities to ensure deadlines are met.

• Arrange and coordinate meetings, capture meeting minutes efficiently.

Assistance to Management:

• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations to support business decisions.

• Ensure timely monitoring of time sheets, overtime, and vacation scheduling for department employees.

• Assist with task assignment duties and distribution of workload.

Qualifications and Requirements

Job Expectations and Required Qualities:

• A College degree in information systems or a related field.

• Advanced proficiency in French and English, both oral and written.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management or project coordination.

• Experience in software development projects is highly valued.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.

• Experience with Confluence and Jira is considered an asset.

• Certifications in PMP and ITIL are highly regarded.
