TOTEM recruteur de talent is seeking a dedicated Project IT Coordinator to facilitate project operations within a dynamic corporate setting. Reporting directly to the project director, your primary responsibility will be to oversee administrative functions to ensure the seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling of collaborative sessions with stakeholders, including unit testing, change management, and design workshops.
  • Track the progress of action items documented in meeting notes.
  • Maintain detailed project plans and tasks, ensuring alignment with the project manager while addressing any arising issues.
  • Compile and distribute weekly status reports, consolidating updates from various departments for timely communication.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project dashboards.
  • Input actual expenditures into budget tracking documents during project completion.
  • Oversee vendor and consultant timesheets.
  • Participate in project meetings.
  • Propose enhancements to project management tools and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in project coordination.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Experience in multi-site operations and ERP project implementations is advantageous.
