Position Overview:

We are looking for a proficient Asphalt Paving Finish Operator who will contribute to our projects with expertise and dedication. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our asphalt paving operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial or civil construction or a related field.
  • Efficiently manage and distribute construction materials to designated work areas.
  • Project hours may vary based on requirements.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Compensation will be based on experience.
  • Health benefits and vacation pay are included.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience operating finish roller equipment or similar machinery in asphalt paving is preferred.
  • Familiarity with asphalt paving techniques and industry standards.
  • A valid driver's license (class 5) is mandatory.
  • A positive and engaging personality is essential.
  • Strong communication skills are required.
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Google Drive.
  • A reliable mode of transportation is essential.
  • Proficient English language skills are required.
