O'Hanlon Paving is a leading paving company seeking a skilled and dedicated Finish Roller Operator to join their team in Edmonton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist crews with equipment operation and laborer tasks
  • Perform manual labor and operate equipment safely and efficiently
  • Conduct daily safety and maintenance checks to ensure a safe working environment
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to complete tasks
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience operating construction equipment, preferably in the paving industry
  • Knowledge of safe equipment operation and road building industry practices
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and collaborate with a team to achieve common goals
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
