O'Hanlon Paving is seeking a skilled and experienced Finish Roller Operator to join our team in Edmonton. As a key member of our paving crew, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment and performing manual labor tasks to ensure the highest quality of road construction and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate finish rollers and other heavy equipment to achieve smooth and even road surfaces
  • Assist with equipment operation and laborer duties as needed
  • Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment
  • Work collaboratively with the paving crew to achieve project goals
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience operating construction equipment, preferably finish rollers
  • Thorough knowledge of road construction and maintenance practices
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions
