We are currently in search of a skilled Asphalt Paving Specialist to become part of our team on a seasonal full-time basis at various locations in Edmonton. The ideal candidate will reflect our core values: Commitment, Attitude, and Respect.
  • Efficiently spread asphalt while maintaining the necessary pace
  • Engage in physically demanding manual labor tasks utilizing hands and tools
  • Ensure a tidy job site by eliminating potential hazards
  • Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Asphalt Raking for Paving Crews
  • At least 1 year of experience as a laborer and in operating construction equipment
  • Understanding of safe tool usage and municipal road construction
  • Capability to perform physical tasks under pressure and in varying weather conditions
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and ability to follow instructions
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently
  • Valid safety certifications
