Administrative & Secretarial Specialist Job Description
**About the Role**
beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Administrative & Secretarial Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to our team in Kitchener.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage calendars and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders
* Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
* Provide general office support, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
* Maintain accurate records and files
**Requirements**
* Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
