Administrative & Secretarial Specialist

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Administrative & Secretarial Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to our team at beBee Professionals in Kitchener. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and providing general office support.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage calendars and schedule meetings for senior staff members
* Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
* Provide general office support, including answering phones and responding to emails
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files

**Requirements**

* Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
