Multilingual Cabin Crew Member - Relocation Required

Flyrouge is seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals who possess a love for exploration to join our team. We are currently looking for candidates who are open to relocating to our operational base.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Crew Member, your primary duties will include:

  • Preparing the aircraft for passenger boarding while maintaining a thorough understanding of the service and safety protocols for each flight.
  • Engaging with passengers through personal interactions and public announcements in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Welcoming passengers and fostering a pleasant atmosphere throughout the journey.
  • Ensuring compliance with essential safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with the flight deck team to guarantee a seamless and well-managed flight experience.
  • Providing in-flight refreshments, meal services, and the sale of onboard merchandise.
  • Assisting with the operation of the in-flight entertainment system.
  • Supporting passengers with various needs, including luggage storage, seating arrangements, and overall comfort.
  • Managing in-flight incidents and emergencies effectively.
  • Administering first aid and handling medical emergencies as necessary.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin.
  • Collecting and relaying customer feedback to management to enhance service quality.
  • Completing and submitting necessary safety documentation.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Possession of at least a high school diploma.
  • A valid passport without restrictions.
  • Ability to relocate as required.
  • Eligibility for Transport Canada security clearance.
  • Access to the internet for communication and updates.
  • Comfortable working at high altitudes in a pressurized environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous.

As this role involves safety-sensitive tasks, candidates must meet Flyrouge's medical standards, which include a medical evaluation and drug testing, ensuring a drug-free environment.

Language Proficiency:
Fluency in both English and French is preferred. Additional language skills in Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Greek, Italian, Hebrew, Japanese, German, Punjabi, Hindi, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Korean will be considered an asset.
