Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining quality control, and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train 1-2 team members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient food preparation.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient requirements, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: Will train, with a focus on developing skills in food service management and customer service.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
