Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Inventory Management
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that orders are placed in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management decisions.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that food and service meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Establish work schedules for kitchen staff, ensuring that adequate coverage is maintained at all times.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Work Setting
- Restaurant environment, with exposure to kitchen equipment and food preparation.
- 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
