Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Alberta Ltd. O/A Montana's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and direct daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Determine menu offerings and implement operational procedures to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor revenues and adjust procedures and pricing to optimize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for food and other supplies
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Physical stamina to work in a physically demanding environment
