About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, and maintain accurate records of employee performance and development.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced conditions.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.
