About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of staff who prepare and portion food.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 people.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
