About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Pizza Twist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, including cost control and financial reporting.
  • Menu Planning and Pricing: Develop and implement menu pricing strategies to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, ingredients, and supplies to minimize waste and ensure efficient operations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customer satisfaction is consistently high.
  • Suppliers and Partnerships: Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for the restaurant.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions
  • 33-40 hours per week.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
