Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless delivery of our menu items to our customers.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and supply chain management.
As a Restaurant Manager at Subway, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You must be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations, while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Requirements- Education: College or CEGEP diploma
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, and ability to work in a team environment
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 hours per week
