Technical Support Engineer II

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer II to join our Customer Excellence team at Ansys. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to our customers and Channel Partners, leveraging your engineering expertise and knowledge of simulation techniques to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply engineering expertise to provide high-level technical support to customers and Channel Partners
- Develop technical expertise in one or more simulation areas
- Submit suggestions for product improvement and participate in defect reporting processes
- Support Sales and Marketing by conducting demonstrations, webinars, and other meetings
- Participate in strategic team and company initiatives
Requirements:
- MS in Mechanical/Chemical/Aerospace/Electrical Engineering or related field
- MS+0 years of professional experience in an engineering software environment
- Demonstrated use of Ansys Electronics and Electromagnetic software or knowledge of other commercial CAE, CAD, EDA, PLM software packages
- Logical problem-solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in writing and speaking English
- Strong organizational and time management skills, possesses a sense of urgency
