Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth? Do you have a strong background in engineering and a knack for problem-solving? We're seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer II to join our Ansys Customer Excellence team

Responsibilities:
  • Apply your engineering expertise to provide top-notch technical support to customers and Channel Partners
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in one or more simulation areas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Contribute to the development of new features and workflows to meet customer needs
  • Participate in field testing and provide feedback on new releases
  • Support Sales and Marketing efforts through demonstrations, webinars, and other meetings
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an engineering software environment
  • Strong understanding of Ansys Electronics and Electromagnetic software or other commercial CAE, CAD, EDA, PLM software packages
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
