Associate Director, Sales Leadership

HelloFresh is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Sales to lead our centralized supply chain planning functions and drive improvements in short- and long-term planning. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work cross-functionally to strengthen our forecasting, ingredient planning, and production scheduling capabilities and drive supply chain improvements/optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Planning Managers across multiple focus areas to build an engaged, high-performing team with strong planning processes and routines
- Own and enhance our Sales & Operations Planning process, including collaboration with commercial and operational stakeholders
- Level up our long-term planning discipline throughout HelloFresh Canada, within the Ops teams and with cross-functional stakeholders. Drive collaborative planning processes to yield cost and efficiency improvements.
- Develop planning knowledge and processes within the team; train and coach new and existing members on best practices and excellence; build a strong culture of continuous improvement within the team
- Identify and drive changes to improve box, recipe, and SKU level forecast accuracy, via better inputs and/or forecasting models; gather and apply deep business context to enhance forecasts, and build processes to make these improvements scalable and sustainable
- Identify and drive changes to improve inventory holding levels, production & scheduling efficiencies, and resource utilization throughout our supply chain
- Report performance KPIs in stakeholder and leadership meetings with clear action plan for improvements
- Gather and analyze historical and forward-looking data to develop short and long-term forecasts, inventory projections, and resource plans, in collaboration with Marketing, Product, Culinary and our global Data Science teams
