Job Title: Director of Sales Leadership
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Sales Leadership to lead our sales team in the condition monitoring industry. As a key member of our SKF Group team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the condition monitoring industry.
- Lead Sales Team: Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research, networking, and strategic partnerships to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Present and Demonstrate Products and Services: Present and demonstrate condition monitoring products and services to prospective clients and partners.
- Understand Client Needs: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate and Close Sales Deals: Negotiate and close high-value sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and Deliver Sales Reports: Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Extensive experience in sales leadership, preferably in condition monitoring or a related industry.
- Skills: Strong understanding of condition monitoring technologies and their applications, proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Travel: Ability to travel 50-75% of the time in the US and Canada.
- Language: Fluency in French is a plus.
