Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Strong B2B sales and sales leadership experience with a proven track record of creating a high-performing environment that motivates teams to achieve their collective goal.
  • Strong followership and experience driving success through others.
  • Superior territory management and FSA penetration strategies.
  • Ability to coach and develop sales managers to maximize performance.
  • Expertise in navigating sales pipeline development and management strategies across different segmentation.
  • Ability to performance manage and deliver clear development processes and plans.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence both laterally and upwards.
  • Working knowledge of forecasting and pipeline management skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and relationship building abilities.
