Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Lucky's A La Carte. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations run efficiently and effectively.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffLead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure that our high standards are met.
Quality Control and AssuranceEnsure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our staff and customers.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Record Keeping and ReportingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management as required.
Work SchedulingEstablish and manage work schedules to ensure that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees- Cultural Competency Training
Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees, promoting inclusivity and respect for all employees.
Indigenous SupportProvide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees, creating a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers and promoting cultural understanding and respect.

This is a permanent position, offering a stable and secure work environment.
