Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to ensure seamless execution of our menu and exceptional customer experience.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training to new staff members, focusing on our high standards of food preparation, presentation, and customer service.
- Inventory Management: Accurately estimate and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our food and service meet our high standards.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to inform business decisions.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food service staff.
- Work Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment that promotes productivity and employee well-being.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
