Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A's Food Express Incorporated. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
As a Food Service Supervisor at A's Food Express Incorporated, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet demanding customer expectations. You will be required to stand for extended periods, ensuring that you are physically able to perform the duties of the role.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
