Position Overview

The Hotel Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our establishment, overseeing daily activities and staff performance.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment

This position is based in a dynamic hotel setting, specifically within a resort or motel atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and perform the same duties as the team members you supervise.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review the work of staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain and manage the operation of computer systems and equipment, arranging for necessary repairs to uphold service standards.
  • Order and manage inventory of materials and supplies as needed.
Safety and Security

Must be bondable to ensure trust and safety within the workplace.
