Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
    • Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
    • Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Operations Management
    • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach to hotel operations.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel performance, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction.
    • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Customer Service
    • Assist clients/guests with special needs to ensure exceptional customer service.
    • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Human Resources
    • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
    • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient hotel operation.
  • Technical Support
    • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
    • Arrange repair work to minimize downtime and ensure optimal hotel operations.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality management or business administration.
    • Experience
      • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in hotel operations, management, or a related field.
    • Skills
      • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
      • Knowledge of hotel operations, management, and customer service principles.
    • Personal Qualities
