Position Overview

The Hotel Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of hotel operations. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Work Environment

This role is set within a dynamic hotel, motel, or resort environment, where maintaining high standards of service is paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and perform the same duties as the staff being supervised.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review the work of team members to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage the operation of computer systems and equipment, ensuring timely repairs to support business continuity.
  • Order necessary materials and supplies to facilitate daily operations.
Safety and Security
